Test One
These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Test One website, platform, and services. By registering, subscribing, or using any Test One services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.
To access Test One services, you must register for an account through our website or platform. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account details secure.
Access to most Test One services requires payment of a subscription or service fee. All subscriptions must be paid in full upfront. Subscriptions are valid only for the specified duration and will automatically expire at the end of the subscription period unless renewed.
By purchasing a subscription or service, you agree to access and use Test One’s assessments, testing tools, learning resources, or related services for the specified period in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
By subscribing to Test One services, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to determine whether the services, assessments, or testing programs are suitable for your personal, academic, or competitive needs. Test One does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, rankings, placements, or academic success.
Test One may offer free subscriptions, trial access, or limited-use services from time to time. Access under free or trial plans may be restricted in duration, features, or content. Test One reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate free subscriptions or trial offerings at any time without prior notice.
You must not share your account login credentials with any third party. Each account is intended for use by a single user only.
Accessing an account from multiple IP addresses, devices, or networks that are inconsistent with personal or household use may result in automatic account suspension or termination. Suspended or locked accounts will not be refunded or reinstated under any circumstances.
Test One reserves the right to monitor account activity to protect platform integrity and prevent misuse.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access to previously subscribed services, assessments, or content will be revoked at the end of the applicable access period or immediately, depending on the subscription type. Cancellation does not guarantee a refund unless the conditions outlined below are met.
Test One does not offer refunds for subscriptions that have expired or for completed, scheduled, or past examination or assessment dates.
Refunds are available only if a subscription is cancelled within 7 days of the purchase date, regardless of reason.
No refund will be issued if more than two (2) sets of practice tests per subject have been completed within the 7-day period.
No refunds will be provided under any circumstances after 7 days from the date of subscription purchase.
For refund inquiries that do not meet the above conditions, please contact info@testone.com.au. Submission of an inquiry does not guarantee approval of a refund.
Test One reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of its services, platform features, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
By accessing or using Test One services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Test One platform or services.
